The latest PlayStation 5 beta update can now add more SSDs.
Until now, Next Gen games like the PlayStation 5 aren't as easy to find as everyone wants, but new feature updates are still coming out. The addition of an NVMe SSD, as Sony promised at launch, has been added in the latest beta update.
The SSD that will fit in the PlayStation 5 requires an NVMe M.2 SSD with a minimum read speed of 5,500 MB/s, and it must be PCIe 4.0 or higher. The PS5 supports SSDs up to 22 mm in width. Or it's an NVMe SSD that is put into a normal computer, with the capacity from 250 GB to 4 TB.
Sony also said that the SSD that must be installed must have a heat sink installed to cool the SSD. PS5 can easily upgrade the internal memory in the machine is a good thing for users and is considered Another feature of the PS5 that surpasses Microsoft's Xbox Series (and because the PS5's default capacity is too small, Load a few games and it's full.)
